I want to return my products, how do I do that?

If you would like to return your products you can use this link: https://najell.com/return/ (We have seen some problems with hotmail.com email addresses, so if you have troubles getting your return label you can either use another email address or email help@najell.com)

After our warehouse has received your return and verified that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you within 7-14 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. If you pay via Klarna and make a return, you can simply go to the Klarna app or website and report the return and the payment will be paused until we have processed your return.

We offer 30 days free returns on purchases in Sweden and Denmark. For all other countries the customer pays the return shipping costs.
