I'm trying to add a discount code in the checkout, but it doesn't work. What can I do?

If the discount code isn't working, it might be for the following reasons: 1) The code has expired. 2) The code isn't valid on the products added. 3) Multiple discounts are combined. If none of these are the case, please get in touch with us at help@najell.com and we'll look into it!
