I want to cancel or make a change to my order, how do I do that?
The staff at our warehouse is fast and will pack your order the morning (weekdays) after the order is placed (and the item is in stock).
You can always email us at help@najell.com and ask, or chat with us (weekdays 8am – 5pm, in Sweden), but we can’t make any promises. If you want to add products afterwards, please place a new order and send us an email and we may be able to co-pack your orders.
